Nigeria's youth unemployment and underemployment crisis is not solely a shortage-of-opportunity problem it is also a discovery problem. Thousands of job, scholarship, and fellowship opportunities are published daily across job boards, aggregator websites, and social/messaging channels, but they are fragmented, inconsistently formatted, and often duplicated across sources making it impractical for the average graduate or NYSC corps member to track them consistently while also preparing applications, working, or job-hunting itself. Many miss deadlines or never see opportunities that would have matched them simply because they didn't have the time to search everywhere. This challenge proposes an AI-driven aggregation and personalized-matching system that continuously monitors multiple opportunity sources, removes duplicate/reposted listings, screens each one against an individual's profile and goals, and delivers only genuinely relevant matches — turning hours of manual searching into a daily two-minute review.

To reduce the time and information barrier between young Nigerians and the opportunities that could change their trajectory starting with a working personal-use prototype, with a path toward a scalable public tool NITDA could support as part of its digital-inclusion and youth-empowerment mandate.
